Theona Kyle
Bright World is very happy to introduce you to our Russian speaking
member of staff, Theona Kyle. Theona is British but speaks fluent Russian and
is based near to the Bright World office in the UK.
Theona provides Bright World Guardianships parents who do not speak or
write English, with a Russian support service.
If you have selected the Russian speaking counselling service you will
benefit from the additional support that Theona can offer you. Prior to your
child arriving in the UK,
you will be given Theona’s email address and telephone number.
You can communicate in Russian with Theona, who will help to translate
for you between Bright World, the school, you and your child.
Theona is available to speak between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday and
will respond to emails daily. Should you call outside these hours and leave a
message then Theona will respond as soon as she can.
The Bright World Head Office are still responsible for all matters
relating to the administration of the programme such as booking airport
transfers and arranging host family accommodation. Our Head Office team also hold
the 24/7 emergency phone.
This service is optional and charged at an extra £200 plus VAT per programme
up to 1 academic year and each year after that if required.
Additional in person meetings and services may be possible
on application and will be charged as extra. Please contact your Head Office contact
